Return Terms
• The return request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
• Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original condition, including packaging, invoice, and all accessories.
• In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, the company bears all shipping and return costs, and the product will be replaced or its value will be fully refunded.
• Products that have been used, modified or opened in a way that affects their quality cannot be returned or refunded.
• Return is conditional on the product not being an excluded item (such as personalized gifts or discounted products if non-returnability is stated).
Return Request Mechanism
• Contact customer service via the electronic form or the dedicated number.
• Provide order information and photos showing the condition of the product, if any.
• The request will be reviewed within 48 working hours and the customer will be responded to with the following procedures.
Refunds
• Purchases will be refunded via the same payment method used when ordering, within a period ranging from 5 to 10 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.
• If the return conditions are not met, the customer will be informed of the reason for rejection without any discounts or refunds.
• If free shipping was offered on the original order, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for partial returns.
